• Our offer includes links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on the contents of those websites, therefore we cannot guarantee for those contents. Providers or administrators of linked websites are always responsible for their own contents.

• The linked websites had been checked for possible violations of law at the time of the establishment of the link. Illegal contents were not detected at the time of the linking. A permanent monitoring of the contents of linked websites cannot be imposed without reasonable indications that there has been a violation of law. Illegal links will be removed immediately at the time we get knowledge of them.

Order Cancellation Policy

• To cancel order, you will have to contact us.

• We will consider order cancellation and refund on a case-case basis.

  • For Cancellation done before the product has been printed, we will do a full refund.

  • Any cancellation done after the product is printed, we may consider a partial refund at the sole discretion of the photographer on a case-to-case basis.

  • Cancellation after Shipping is not possible.

Right to Withdrawal

• If you have received the Prints and are not happy with the quality, you have the right to withdrawal and return the artwork within seven days from date of delivery. Other reasons for withdrawal will not be entertained.

• Important: In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by of your decision to withdraw by contacting us.

• You must return or hand over the artwork to us immediately and in any case no later than seven days from the day on which you notify us of withdrawal intent. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of seven days.

• If you exercise your right to withdraw, we will refund you all payments that we have received from you. However, you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Also, note that, you may have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods while returning.

• We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Damage of Package during Shipping

• Important: If your artwork arrives and the box is damaged, please contact us immediately. Do not open the damaged package until you PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMGED PACKAGE. You may open the package to check on the artwork. If the artwork is damaged, please photograph the damaged artwork as well.
